I think we started a yearly tradition to go to California for Emily's birthday weekend. Emily and I went to San Diego over MLK weekend and loved the city. We found that there wasn't as many people there so it was a breeze getting around everywhere and enjoying the sights without crowds. We're crazy and hit up Balboa Park, Gaslamp, Little Italy, Seaport Village, Torrey Pines, La Jolla, Sunset Cliffs, Old Town, and Joshua Tree.

We had some yummy food at The Crack Shack, Oscar's Mexican Seafood, and Tacos El Gordo.
